Can Non Penetrative Sex Lead To HIV?

Hello doctor had non penetrative Sex with a call girl in china in 2010. I had my underwear on & did not penetrate her nor kissed her nor inserted my figure in her body. It was just passionate holding of her, squeezing her in all possible ways. Can I be at risk for HIV.

Without any penetrative sex or oral sex, inner wears on their position without any kissing, just hugging has no risk for HIV.
Just forget that incident. Test for HIV also not an absolute one.
