doctor i missed my period...it hd to be yeasterday...but it didn't...last month my boy friend and me enjoyed with touhing sex organs but any way he didn't put it inside..only we touched with legs.can i be pregnanant??i am so afraid of it..please help me

Sperms or semen has to enter your vagina & cervix for you to become pregnant. If you are 100% sure that this has never occurred, then pregnancy is unlikely. There may be some other reason for your period delay. But, if there is any such contact then you should do a pregnancy test to clarify the situation.
if you are not ready for a pregnancy, please use some regular birth control method.
