Can Nosebleeds Be Caused By A Hit On The Head?

A heavy object at work fell off the top of a bureau and hit me in the head while I was moving it. I was dizzy for a few moments afterwards but I was able to keep working without any issues. About 2-3 hours later, I had a nosebleed that lasted 15-20 minutes and I felt dizzy again afterwards. This afternoon, I had another nosebleed, but one that was less severe. Could the nosebleeds be caused by hitting my head yesterday?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that after the injury you start the nose bleeding and no history of nose bleeding is there before then the nose bleeding may be due to the injury to your head, and this need to be investigated to rule out the fracture part and the best is x-ray study, take care and have a nice day.
