Can Nosebleeds, Dizziness And Headaches Be Inter-related?

my nose bleeds after i have been active, i took my girls to the park and came home and left nostril bleeds, i get regular dizzyness, i have bn to doctors and my blood pressure is always good, i do have low iron though, but i have been on iron tablets for 8 months, i was feeling alright except for everytime i am due for my period i would get sickly and dizzy spells again that can last a few hours and make me weak for a few days. now the weather is getting warmer i dont know if that is the reason my symtpons are getting worse, but im constantly feeling unwell and dizzy and getting dailty nose bleeds and headaches the last 2 weeks

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.


Chronic anemia ( 8 months) can cause dizziness, nose bleeds with head- ache could be due to pulling dried crusts of nasal cavity secondary to cold due to weather change.

you can try simple paracetamol for head ache. in case of persistence of nose bleeds you need to evaluate with ent surgeon for proper treatment.
