Can Omnicef Cause Itchy Thighs With Spreading, Red Bumps?

During the night I had itchiness around my inner thighs and my sides where my bra strap sits. When I woke I had welt like red bumps that itch and are spreading everywhere -down legs in private area. It appears wherever I scratch redness appears and spreads. I have been omnicef for sinus infection.
