Can One Levothyroxine Dose Be Skipped To Start With Synthroid The Following Morning?

I m going to start Synthroid instead of levothyroxine. I have been taking it at night but want to wait til morning to start a new schedule. Can I skip tonight s dose and start fresh in the morning? I want to start taking my medicine in the morning from now on. What do you think?

Hi, I think you can do that. There is no harm in skipping one dose. You can start fresh dose from tomorrow.
