Can One Conceive When They Have A Mildly Bulky Uterus With Normal Size Bilateral Ovaries?

I m 31 year old ,married in 2015 I had 2 misscarrige now ,my last lmp was 17 July 2017 Uterus is mildly bulky measuring 7×4×4.6 cm No g sac is noted in uterine cavity ET measures 7.7 mm Bilateral ovaries are normal in size, follicular pattern and echotexture internal os is closed

I HOPE YOU ARE NOT SUFFERING FROM ENDOMETRIOSIS OR UTERINE FIBROID. BULKY UTERUS ARE COMMON OCCURRENCE DUE TO THESE TWO PROBLEMS. AND YOU COULD BE HAVING ECTOPIC PREGNACY . CONSULT YOUR GYNAE DOCTOR FOR MANAGEMENT.
