Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. You have several concerns-your age, the clinical conditions of PCOD and fibroid, which need to be attended to. PCOD management encompasses weight and diet management, regular exercise, study of hormones and insulin resistance to determine the need for hormone supplements to try to induce natural ovulation and finally, when the basic hormone status is achieved, induction of ovulation. Fibroid management includes the need for intervention depending on the size and location and further follow up, through medical and surgical methods. Please get these situations treated first and you can try to conceive after these to see success. Hope this helps.
