Can One Consume Alcohol While On Antibiotics For Kidney Stones?
Hello I am Johnson, I came across this site and I am so happy, pls 16.4mm calculus seen in the ctscan I did also 6mm surrounding fat. But after I was given antibiotics the pain was subdued but my question now is what should I be eating , is it good to drink alcohol or what kind of food should I be eating , how can I solve this problems completely ? Thanks very much doctor. Johnson.
At 16 mm you will likely need it surgically removed. Lower salt and plenty of fluid are helpful for kidney stones. Okra, squash, is bad. Alcohol is not necessarily relevant to kidney stones.
Ironically a small amount of calcium (normal diet of green leafy vegetables, and a small amount of dairy) will help stabilize bone and keep minerals from going into the urine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
