Have a werid spot on my hand by my thumb really dry wondering what it may be been working outside and weather is changing maybe that’s the problem I had sex with a partner the other night but we used protection can you get aids and have a rash in 10 hours thanks jeremy

The rash is likely eczema. Apply aloe lotion on the area of the rash. The rash is not due to sexually transmitted infection like AIDS. There is nothing to be worried about.
