WHY IS IT THAT I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING WITH AN HIV AFFECTED LADY AND THERE IS ALWAYS SERIOUS FRICTION WHICH RESULTS INTO WOUNDS ON MY PENIS BUT AFTER A YEAR I TESTED BUT NEVER GOT AFFECTED AND I STILL SLEEP WITH HER AS SHE TAKES HER ARVS BSE I LOVE HER. Hi there,
I have understood your concern.

I will suggest you to get counseled about safe and protected sex.
This will help to prevent sexual transmission of the disease.
Friction during intercourse that leads to wounds on penis, can be minimized with the use of water based lubricant gel.

Your partner might be having low virus count due to anti viral medications.
That might be the reason for non transmission of the disease in spite of wounds. But its better to take proper precautions.
