Can One Ever Recover From Beals-hecht Syndrome?

Hi Doctor. I am currently filling out a form to get my student, who suffers from Beals-Hecht Syndrome, into a private school. A school "without barriers" which means an elevator & other environmental modification. My question is, will he ever recover form this syndrome or is he going to worsen? This would be a good cause to get him into such a school.
