Can One Get A Tattoo After Open Heart Surgery?
Can I get a tattoo after havin open heart surgery to unblock valves and patch a hole in the heart. I had the surgery when I was 2 and am now 30 a healthy woman who has never had any complications or problems with my heart also have not long given birth
