Can One Replace Lactare With Galact?

My wife had delivered a boy baby on her 36th gest. Week . My wife gets poor supply of milk.Doctor prescribed lactare tab twice daily. She is taking more than 4 days.how to boost milk.My friend suggests Galact powder and their results good.can I substitute galact instead of lactare or simultaneously taking both medication or other specific food which can be taken.my wife s bmi is 30.kindly clarify me

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Both Lactare and Galact tablets are Ayurvedic preparation and you can substitute Galact with Lactare or you can even take both the preparations together. If the breast milk not improving with galact you can use Domperidone tablets twice a day which shows good results than Ayurvedic preparations. Wishing you good health.
