Can One Survive After Sustaining Two Heart Strokes?

My boyfriend had his first stroke about 6 weeks ago then had another one 5 days ago and has been taken off the thinners so this new stroke can heal and doctors are warning that this is a risky time strange thing is he is remembering better and joking the way he used to he is acting himself like he was before stroke is this encouraging? Or is this just the perk up before the fall? Is there a chance he could be ok and come home someday?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

He can continue all the routine drugs. We cannot predict the future attacks. However, he is a high-risk candidate for another attack.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
