Can One Test Positive And Other Test With Negative Result Would Be Pregnancy?

I am 9 days late for my period and after 5 days late I took a digital pregnancy test and it said positive. Since then I have taken a few tests and they have all said negative. I am confused, am I pregnant? I have a lot of abdominal pressure and a full feeling down there.

I have gone through your question.
Pregnancy kit test is not 100% accurate.
I would advise to do ultrasound of pelvis to see if gestational sac develops or not. Heart beats also appear at earliest 5 weeks.
So consult a gynecologist for ultrasound scan.
