Can One Use Dapoxetine And Viagra Tablets Occassionaly?

i have gone through CABG two years back.Taking the following medicines.i am aged 60
1.metoprolol 25 mg (seloken xl 25 mg)
2.Telmisartan andamiodipine 40 mg
3.atrovastatin
4.aspirin
My question is can i use dapoxetine tabs and any viagra groups once in a while.Is it safe
