Can Online Doctor Explain My Sinusitis Report Summary ?

Dear doctor, I am having my Xray report of PNS water view…Its written that Bilateral frontal sinuses are hypoplastic ,Bilateral maxillary sinuses show mucosal thickening, Nasal septum is middle line, No fluid levels or other abnormality. No bony lesion is identified…The impression is not given at the end of the report. Can u pls explain my report summary.My chest X ray impression is normal study. Actually I am suffering with cough from 1 month…a week course of antibiotics is taken in the 2nd week itself..but there is no improvement…In my blood report ESR is 35….MCH is 26.1 all others are within normal range. I collect the mucus in my mouth and I spit it out as soon as I cough..and sometimes when I don’t cough too .From 4 days I am not continuously coughing all the day but once I get the cough it is continuos for some 20 min or so till it subsides usually twice or thrice a day.
