good day doc!just got my urinalysis result which is: color: yellow, reaction: 5.0, epithelial cells: 1 plus, pus cells: many, RBC: 2-5, albumin: Trace, what does it mean?

The report is suggestive of Urinary tract infection.
Pus cells more than 5 usually is a feature of infection.
Trace albumin and RBC s 2-5 are other supportive findings.
The urine analysis signifies Urinary tract infection.
Get a Urine culture and sensitivity done and take a course of antibiotics.

it suggests you are having most likely a UTI. i would suggest you get a urine culture done immediately and start on treatment.

Hi Doc, just did a urine culture and the results are epith cell (+), pus cells (0-2)hpf, gram's stain -negative bacilli and culture yeilded moderate growth of coliform after 24hours of incubation at 37 deg c. the urine is amber & cloudy. pls explain & advice
