Can Oral Sex Cause UTI?

Everytime my husband perform oral on me, I get a vulvar itching, uti, or yeast infection within 24 hours. It had only been this way in the last couple of months. I have had problems with what doctors only described as ' jock itch' in the past. Could this be flaring up again? I'm not worried about sti's as we are always tested as clean. Can oral sex be linked to the uti's and yeast infections too? The vulvar itching is by far the worst of the three. It comes more frequently and is just on the outside. Please help me get to the cause of this, as I would like to stop my husband from feeling bad ( and myself too!).
