I recently met a prostitute and i let her give me a blow job with a condom on but my worry is that before she put the condom on she spit on the head of my penis and now im scared for my life am i at risk of getting infectect with any type of std or hiv please help?

organisms that can produce sexually transmitted infections can found in a persons body fluids such as saliva, blood and seminal fluid.so still you may have a small risk of getting a std. so please get advise of a veneralogist or govenmet std clinic . they will arrange necessary investiations to exclude weather you have getting any std. other thing make sure that you are not involving unsafe sex in future that can harm your life.
