Can Otosporin Be Used To Relieve Pain In Inner Ear After Swimming?
7 year old girl in pain with ear inner not outer not red or hot to touch no discharge,suffers with it frequently if been swimming.was swimming two days ago,I have drops from previous bout in May called otosporin,can I use them?paracetamol given 45mins ago

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Most of the drops contains anesthetic preparation , which relives pain instantly. but it doesn't have that combination.
Chevy out with ent surgeon for the exact cause and treatment.
