Can Ovarian Cyst And Endometriosis Cause Delay To Conceive?

hi, i have spoting 7 days prior to my period. Would this affect me trying to concieve? i have been trying for 6 months now and prior to that had a miscrarriage with which i fell pregnant the 2nd month of trying. I had been on the pill 7 years prior to that. The dr has sent me for blood work and it all come back fine, progesterone was 44 @ 7dpo. I also had an ultrasound which found 6 small cysts on my dominant ovary bu the ultrasound lady said that they werent cause for concern. wondering if i may have endometriosis?
