Can Ovarian Cyst Have Hair And Teeth?

hi, I went to the hospital emergency room because i was having bad back pains and my stomach was hurting. had a 103 fever... they diagnosed me with ovarian cyst, they said it had hair, teeth I am wondering if instead of ovarian cyst if the doctors didnt realize that was a miscarriage?? would they confuse the symphtoms I was having and think it was ovarian cyst??
