Can Ovarian Cyst Or IBS Cause Body Aches, Chills, Pain In Lower Back And Hip?

I have flu-like symptoms body aches and chills and temperatures of 101.0, but I also have been having pain in my lower back and rt hip area sometimes into my leg. I routinely hurt in my rt hip are and sometimes my back off and on, but I figured it is just ovarian cyst or my IBS acting up, but this time more intense than usual. But I also recently seem to be having more GI problems with constipation/diarrhea although I take Miralax everyday. I looked up the symptoms of appenditis and was wondering if I could possibly have that or just the flu. Im not having any nausea right now but I did this morning-no vomiting or diarrhea currentlhy. Just felt like abd bloating, but I did have a bowel movement this afternoon that did help with pain some. It is hard to tell whats going on with this pain cause like I said I have ovarian cysts and IBS from time to time. Just wondered what advise you could give me? Thanks!!

hi,you did not mention the duration of your fever and chills.Since you are having pain in lower back with most probably radiation of pain into right hip and lower limb,you should get a X-Ray of lumbosacral spine(both AP & Lateral view)to rule out any prolapse intervertebral disc.You should also get urine examination to rule out any urinary infection.your abdominal complaints of constipation/diarrhea are most probably due to IBS rather than ovarian cysts.
