Can Ovarian Cysts Cause Spotting And Delayed Period?

Hi. I'm really nervous because I'm 6 days late and have not had my period. I had spotting earlier but that went away and I still haven't gotten it. I'm a virgin but my boyfriend has rubbed his penis on my vagina. I don't know if that could be the cause. I also have one or two ovarian cysts that are not being treated. I have gotten the ultrasound and they didn't give me anything to treat them. I was wondering if there was any possible chance I could be pregnant or if my period is late because of my ovarian cysts.
