Can Ovary Cyst Removal Increase Chances Of Getting Pregnant?

i got my implanon last september and i want to take it out as soon as possible bcoz my ob see that i have small ovary cyst in my left ovary my question if i remove it theres possible to get me pregnant easily? what are things could i expect after my implanon removed? how many weeks that i need to rest?

OVULATION will resume within 3-6 months after removing implanon.
the size of ovarian cyst does matter in treatment.
if it is small it will subside.
monitor your ovulation with follicular monitoring.
