General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be a yeast infection or urinary tract infection.
Do not use over the counter drug without the exact diagnosis.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal swab test and urine test to confirm the above cause
Doctor will give following advises:
For Vaginal yeast infection:
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus, tablet flucanozole
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using vagisil cream
For UTI:
Tablet septran, tablet nitrozolium plus pyridium, syrup cital

Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Take healthy diet with vitamin and antioxidant supplements.
So consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment.
Hope this may help you
