Can Overdose Of Potassium Cause Skin Itching And Bumps?

Hi, I have been having itch around my skin at the parts liver, stamack, above waist, and skin itch with bumps around my other side of elbow on the left only, I feel pins and needles pitch most of the time, what could this be cause? Could it be cause by overdose in potassium?
