Can Pain In Hip Be Symptoms Of Bone Cancer?

I have pain in my right hip bad enough that I need a walker to walk. When I ice the area the pain gets about 50 % less. the pain travels down the bone several inches. I had a hip replaced 15 years ago on the other side. my concern is could this be bone cancer, and if it was would iceing have any relief on the pain. Thank You Stan Potter

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of hip replacement of other hip then this could be the condition for that your hip was replaced which is not given here, for to rule out your doubt you need to go through the some test which would rule out the malignancy but this may not seems like that, hope this information helps, take care.
