Can Pain In The Chest Suggest Costochondritis?

hello sir.. I really doubt if this feeling is still a costochondritis.. I always felt pain at my chest, back, both arms and legs, jaw and even in throat sometimes..and I always felt dizziness and after I ate like at dinner time, I used to vomit and Ive got to vomit like a color pink blood..what will I do?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted you are complaining vomitting and chest pain...

Let me know you gastric cause can lead to reffered chest pain...
So you could have ulcer in stomach or chronic inflammation that can lead such presentation...
Omeprazole like acid suppresing drug can be given for it....

If still cause not clear endoscopy after your examination advisable to investigate further...

And in costochondritis usually ribs are tender to touch...
It is simple inflammation of costal cartilage.

And still cause not clear respi causes ruled by chest x ray and PFT ...
