Can Painful Abdomen Be A Result Of Having C-section Be Related To Breastfeeding?

i had my baby 6 mos ago via c sectionst and still breastfeeding but recently started experiencing heart beat pain on my lower abdominal side ,it feels like its coming rom my ovarian area. No period yet or any signs of bleeding .
Anything you may suggest may be ?

Hi...it could be simple gastritis if you are otherwise fine...reduce stress, spices, tea, coffee and soda...you can take any ppi if you want...
