Can Painful Clitoris And Bloody Discharge Indicate A Broken Hymen?

I made out with my boyfriend this morning and afterwards, i saw a blood spot on d bed...not that he penetrated because we both are virgins and respect that virtue. the issue however is that we made out to the point of having him rub his penis against my vagina...especially to the clitoris. the blood scared me as i thought we had broken the hymen...but right now, i feel pain around my clitoris and some blood-like discharge...what do you make of this, please?
