Can Paracetamol Be Administered For A Child After Giving Meftal P Earlier If The Fever Persists?

Hi, my daughter had fever of 100 F, I gave her meftal p 5ml today morning. It did reduce but now again her fever is back to above temperature. Can I give her paracetamol immediately or wait for 6 hours of gap? Also, if I give her paracetamol after 6 hes gap, and then again if her fever does not reduce within 2 hours, can I give meftal again?
