Can Paracetamol Be Taken With Neuflo For Fever If One Is Allergic To Paracetamol Alternatives?

Hi, i tested positive for covid-19 this morning and have a sore throat and fever. Was given NEUFLO 90mg by pharmacist to manage the sore throat. Felt better but wondering if can take parectemol with it as have fever? I took one ACTIFAST when temp was 37.8 and temp went down but 6 hours later when temp increased to 38.4, I took 2 ACTIFAST and vomited 5-10 minutes later. Could I be I allergic to parecetemol? Typicall I take only 1 tablet and hve no problem. If I am allergic, what alternative medicine can I take to manage the fever. I am 18-year old female. Thanks
