Can Paracetamol Cause Blood In The Urine?

can paracetamol cause blood in the urine..I am perscribed 48oo mgs of asacol per day for ulcerative coilitis..I have been taking 500mgs for the past three days for severe headache.. Could the combined dosage cause blood in the urine.. I also take 20 mgs of Citalopram plus 10 mgs of propananol for anxiety due to post traumatic stress..

I went to the toilet about 20 minutes ago and saw the blood in the urine..Can you advise please..
