Can Paraplegia Be Treated With Stem Cell Therapy?

a patient is suffering from paraplisia . she hve no control of her lower body last from 3years.she got it in delivery time when injection was give.so can we use now stem cell therapy which is available in AIMS Hospitals . can she will be well......? pls help us..
