Can Paraspinal Muscle Spasms Cause Chest Pain?

my neurologist just gave me a diagnosis of "moderately severe paraspinal muscle spasms. I really don't have any back pain but am now on disability for balance and focus limitations due to 2 fairly large cerebellum strokes and for chest pain from bypass surgery. Both the strokes and bypass were in 2010. could the spasms be causing the chest pain. My cardiologist doesn't see any issues with the cardio numbers and testing results
