Can Parkinson's Be Completely Cured?

Dear Sir,

My 78 yrs. old grandmother is affected by parkinsonism. She is now bound on wheelchair. In Oct.2010 she has a problem while walking so has been hospitalised. Within which she was on ventilator & temporary pacemaker was fixed for 10 days. After that she has been operated for permanent pacemaker. She has a problem of cough which causes lungs infection. She had operated for thyroid approximately before 40 yrs. Now there are no symptoms regarding thyroid. Now she is ok than before. But she cant walk. Her memory is not affected. She looks normal as before. Only problem is that she cant walk. Can parkinsonism be completely cured?

Can you suggest me the parkinsons treatment center which can be affordable?
