, overworking and the effects of the substances are causing the person's sturttering to get worse. I would suggest that you advise her to reduce her alcohol intake and avoid actively or passively smoking any substances. Relaxation techniques
like deep breathing, yoga, etc. can help in releiving stress and anxiety and therefore can help in reducing her stuttering.
