Can Penis Size Be Increased?

Hello, I am an 18 year old male and I have a few concerns about my penis size and health. For more of a background, I used to be an excessive masterbator while watching porn from ages to 13-18.... I just stopped a couple weeks ago. My penis is only 4 inches when erect and 2 when flaccid. I also never really had that good of diet but I just started eating more fruits and veggies. Please help me, I appreciate anything.
