Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The way you have performed the pregnancy test is not right. Please repeat the test at least 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If still negative, pregnancy may be unlikely. Also, the presence of discharge altered in color is suggestive either of an impending period since you have associated cramps, or may be due to an infection which needs further evaluation by a specialist. A vaginal swab and urinalysis help to exclude infection. Hope this helps.
