Can Periods Become Irregular After First Intercourse?

Am 20 female newly married during my 1st intercourse i had bleeding for 15mins my husband took precaution during sex;we were together on 7th of feb n my date of period was on 18th but i dint have my period yet..my question is that after 1st time intercourse irregular period can occur???
