General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
your history suggest of infection in columella (middle part of nose)
Cleaning it with peroxide is not advisable.
presently to have abscess formation, that might lead to swelling.
I would advise
1) To get cleaned the would with antiseptic condition.
2) To get the pus drained under strict aseptic condition.
3) Having a course of antibiotic i.e cefexime along with antacids would add to the help.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
