Can Persistent Swelling Of The Right Labia Minora After Sex Go Back To Normal On Its Own, Even After Cold Compresses And Anti-inflammatory Medication?

hello. After engaging in sexual intercourse 2 weeks ago, my right labia minora hasn’t gone back to its original size. It’s soft tissue filled and bulbing a little, it even hangs out. There’s no pain just discomfort. Will it go back to its size? I’ve used cold compress but nothing. Received anti inflammatory medication, still nothing. Please assist.
