Can Person With Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Have Seizures?

Good afternoon,
I am writing to ask about a possible connection of thoracic outlet syndrome and seizures. My friend's daughter has been having shoulder pain for a couple of years, which was diagnosed as MDI,and has been doing physical therapy to help. A couple of months ago, she started having severe migraines, and a recent EEG and MRI is showing abnormalities in the left and right side of the brain. The MRI is also showing significant swelling in the left shoulder, where she was diagnosed with MDI. Her heart tests have come back normal, and she is being scheduled for a dye test to compare the left and right sides of the brain. I've seen reports online of people having seizures that also have thoracic outlet syndrome. Are seizures common with TOS?
