Can Physical Activity Be Continued If Suffering From Pre-fracture Of L5?

so one of my kids just went to the emergency room had x-rays done on her back. They said there was a pre-fracture on the L5. When i looked at her lower back she had some serious brusie and skids from diving on the gym floor. We are having a specialist look at x-ray tomm. do u think she will be able to play on it this weekend.?? i have never heard of a pre fracture
