Can Physiotherapy Treat Symptoms Of Pudendal Nerve Entrapment?

This is Praveen and I am mailing you to get some information on the PNE

I have the probable symptoms of Prudendal nerve Entrapment , where if I sit for long hours there is lot of pain in the pelvic or buttock reason , it sometimes even leads to pain while urinating ( Kidney stones were ruled out )

I am suffering with tese symptoms from past 2 yrs and recen t visit to a neurologist reveled that it could be perineal Syndrome.

I wanted to know if there is PHYSIO treatment for this in Bangalore , as I have learnt through net that this can be cured by proper physio theraphy
