Can Pigeon Chest With Chest Bone Coming Forward Be Cured?

hi,my husband 22yrs old,57kg weight,his chest lookin like pigeon chest seems, the chest upper bone comes forward,not like a flat chest,at present he not having any asthuma or breathing problem,my problem is,in future our kids will affect from this...?
