Can Pilenoidal Sinus Be Completely Cured Through Ayurveda?
Hello doctor, I am suffering from pilenoidal sinus and had undergone minor surgery in Nov 2011 but stiill it has not healed.From last 4 months I am taking homepathic medicine because of which the intensity and frequency has reduced.I just want to know wheather this disease can be completely cured through ayurveda.

1. Opinion and examination with Surgeon is of utmost importance since presence of sinus means pus/discharge will be there, so the best management which can be done at home is: keep the area clean and hygienic
2. Do not use a cotton bud to scratch, clean or put into hole.
3. In Ayurveda, management is done on the line of 'Nadi Vrana', you may consult a Shalya Tantra expert for evaluation and management.
